Haley Drogus

Pre-College Programs Coordinator

Haley’s whole background has been working in the Fashion Industry. “Fashion is my passion,” says Haley. Originally from a small town outside of Pittsburgh, Haley has always wanted to pursue fashion for her degree and career, and also to move to New York; the fashion capital of the US. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University, and spent a semester during undergrad, in NY where she interned for MORE Magazine in the Fashion Closet. Upon graduating, Haley packed 2 suitcases and hopped on a train with a one way ticket to New York City with the goal to find a job in fashion and start her career. Haley has worked as the Executive Assistant to the VP at a Luxury Menswear brand, a Product Development Specialist for a Legwear Vendor, and as an E-Commerce Merchandise Stylist for ModCloth. While working there, she realized her passion for promotion and marketing, and decided to apply to LIM College to earn her Master’s Degree in Fashion Marketing. While earning her MPS at LIM, Haley worked under Jennifer Bullis as the Fashion Lab Assistant, and completed her Master’s Internship at The Donna Karan Company, LLC in their marketing dept. Now since earning her Master’s Degree, Haley has taken on the position as Pre-College Programs Coordinator here at LIM. “While earning my MPS and working for LIM’s Fashion Lab, I realized that my true passion was to help youth to have the courage to pursue their dreams and love learning about and working in Fashion as much as I do.” – Haley
