42nd St./Grand Central Station – The 4/5/6 (green) trains stop here. The 4 and 5 are express trains that starts in Brooklyn and run uptown through Manhattan and continue north to the Bronx – and vice versa. (Fun fact: The 4 stops right at Yankee Stadium.) The 6 is a local train that starts in downtown Manhattan and runs uptown to the Bronx (and vice versa). The Metro-North commuter railroad, which connects Manhattan with its northern suburbs and Connecticut, is also located at Grand Central Station.
The 7 (purple) train also stops at Grand Central. The 7 line starts a few stops west of Grand Central, at Times Square, and runs east into Queens (and vice versa).
The S (shuttle) line also provides one-stop shuttle service back and forth from Grand Central to Times Square.

51 St./Lexington Ave. – The E, M, and 6 trains stop at this station. It’s super-convenient if you’re living at FOUND Study - Midtown East. The E train continues east into Queens, where you can connect to the JFK Airport AirTrain at the Jamaica stop. You can also enter this station on 53rd St.

51 St./Lexington Ave. – This station is literally at your doorstep. The E, M, and 6 trains stop here. (Fun fact: The E train continues east into Queens, where you can connect to the JFK Airport AirTrain at the Jamaica stop.) You can also enter this station on 53rd St.

47-50th St. Rockefeller Center – The B/D/F/M (orange) trains all stop here. Using the 47th St. entrance/exit puts you a few minutes’ walk from LIM’s Fifth Avenue building on East 45th Street. The B/D pass through Brooklyn (downtown) and Bronx (uptown). The F traverses Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

42nd St./Times Square – This is a major subway hub, with the 1/2/3 (red), A/C/E (blue) N, Q, R (yellow), 7 (purple), and S (gray) lines all making stops here. Plus, this station is connected via indoor walkway to the Port Authority bus terminal. It’s a slightly longer walk from LIM’s 5th Avenue building than the other stations, but it gives you access to several more lines.
Remember, during peak hours, trains might be crowded, so it’s always a good idea to allow some extra travel time to avoid being late.
