Intro Title
As a top-four finalist in the 2025 FSF student contest, online Fashion Merchandising senior Fatmata Camara is in the running for a $25,000 academic scholarship.

The FSF is a nonprofit that supports young people working and earning an education in fashion, and their organization awards more than one million dollars in scholarships annually. The case study scholarship is the FSF's signature program. Each year, it explores a different topic and challenges participants to address real-world issues facing today's fashion industry.

The theme of this year's case study is the intersection of digital technology and fashion and how companies and retailers can use emerging tech to their advantage. Fatmata’s case was in the Business Strategy discipline and focused on the skin and haircare brand The Ordinary.

Fatmata currently works as an Assistant Buyer at Macy's and is slated to graduate from LIM College August of 2025. The grand prize winner of the case study competition will be announced at the 88th Annual FSF Awards Gala on April 7.
