Dr. Francis J. Felser, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bryant & Stratton College and a longtime leader in higher education, has joined LIM College’s Board of Directors.
Dr. Felser has more than 30 years of executive experience in higher education administration. He has been with Bryant & Stratton College since 1991, starting as a Vice President and Regional Manager and going on to become Chief Academic Officer (1995-1998), Chief Financial Officer (1998-2010) and Chief Administrative Officer (2010-2015), before being named President and CEO in 2015.

Throughout his career, Dr. Felser has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and renewal in teaching and learning.”
Among Dr. Felser’s many notable accomplishments during his tenure at Bryant & Stratton College was leading the institution’s development of a “one-content model” to ensure that course curricula are consistent across in-person, online, remote, and blended delivery modalities.
He also spearheaded an initiative to revise Bryant & Stratton College’s first-year curriculum, ensuring that content across courses is complementary, with student assessment aligned accordingly. This effort resulted in record improvements in student retention and graduation rates.
Dr. Felser served as a Commissioner for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) from 2010-2019 and as Trustee of Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools from 2011-2019. He was also Vice Chair and Trustee for APC Colleges from 2015-2021.
A Certified Public Accountant, Felser holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organization Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Canisius College.
